Hello, my name is Suki — thank you for visiting my page.

I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental Counselling and Supervision service, dedicated to supporting individuals through the challenging and often overwhelming moments in life. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, and I see taking that first step as a courageous and empowering act.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focused on promoting personal growth, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. I believe that, no matter how complex things may feel, there is always a way forward — and together, we can work to find it.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and hold a Specialist Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and in Counselling Supervision. With over 15 years of professional experience working with both adults and children, I tailor my approach to suit the unique needs of each individual I work with.

My aim is to provide a supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe enough to explore whatever is troubling you — a space where change feels not only possible, but achievable.

Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like to learn more or arrange an initial conversation.

HOW I CAN HELP

As a therapist, I believe that warmth, empathy, and professional skill form the foundation of a meaningful therapeutic relationship. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where your story is heard with respect, your goals are clearly understood, and your emotions can be explored without judgment. Within this space, we can work collaboratively to facilitate insight, growth, and the change you wish to see in your life.

My priority is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and to help alleviate emotional distress. I will encourage you to explore your experiences and draw on your inner resources to find solutions that are meaningful and realistic within your unique circumstances. I work to ensure that each client feels valued, seen, and heard — and I focus on recognising your strengths while gently exploring areas of difficulty.

Life continuously challenges us with new situations and emotional demands. Managing our feelings and developing effective communication skills are lifelong processes, and counselling can play a vital role in helping us navigate them. Whether you're dealing with relationship issues, bereavement, stress, anxiety, or simply seeking to understand yourself better, therapy offers a confidential and empowering space for reflection and healing.

I am committed to providing a high-quality, ethical service to each of my clients, always honouring the trust you place in me.
